- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
- Analyze and identify current content promotion trends to provide key recommendations for reaching customers and driving sales traffic.
- Manage the end-to-end process of influencer marketing strategy, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers, creating briefs, to evaluating performance.
- Maintain consistency in branding across advertising and campaigns.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, collaborating closely with product development and business development teams.
- Oversee marketing budget, advertising, product design, and other marketing activities to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing, with sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, both oral and written.
- Experience in beauty brand promotion or broad knowledge of beauty/skincare products preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
