Supervise day to day warehouse operations in order to meet department’s objectives, meets customers requirements through proper execution of department policy and procedures
- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing operations processes flow, equipment utilization etc.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- To ensure proper maintenance of Cold Chain facilities and machinery. work closely with Manager and contractor to develop a proper maintenance and repair systems.
- Monitors and controls all the warehousing and distribution activities are carried out in the most efficient manner with accuracy and within the required lead-time
- Ensure the optimum and efficient utilization of trucks and MHE
- Measure and monitor daily operational KPI’s (e.g. productivity, picking/put away accuracy) and take corrective measures for variances vs. agreed standards
- Ensures all transactions are processed accurately and timely, including warehouse system updating.
- Monitoring the inbound & outbound activities, supervising the routine functioning of the department staff and putting the employees for the training program whenever required.
- Exercises good inventory control by conducting daily/weekly and monthly cycle counts and maintaining 100% of inventory accuracy, good stock integrity and accuracy at all time. Investigates and reports of any stock discrepancies and resolves them promptly.
- Implements effective cost reduction initiatives by improving cost structure of warehouse and distribution through reducing cycle time, improving workflow and processes, minimizing manpower cost and implementing cost down as well as preventive maintenance programs.
- Manages his team through effective planning, organizing and controlling of work schedule and headcount mobilization
- Implements safety standards for warehousing and distribution in respect of storage, packing, handling and protection of goods.
- Continuously instills and implements good housekeeping, safety and security policies and procedures, and carries out daily inspection and audit

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
