**Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) Analyst**

**Salary**: RM 3,000 per month
**Location**: Bandar Utama
**Working Hours**: Standard working hours

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the RTR function, ensuring that OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are met.
- Deliver month-end close activities for assigned entities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the RTR Assistant Manager, team members, and other internal stakeholders, including Shared Services Centre (SSC) and country finance teams.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Seek clarity and ask questions to enhance understanding.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the RTR Assistant Manager.
- Receive guidance and instructions from senior team members and managers.
- Demonstrate a moderate learning curve and be hands-on with tasks within 3 months.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation reports with timeliness and accuracy.
- Participate in and support process improvement initiatives within the RTR function.
- Be proactive in identifying areas for enhancement and improving efficiency.
- Assist with smooth transitions of new tasks from Country Finance Team to SSC RTR, including proposing process improvements.
- Perform additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in general ledger and month-end closing processes.
- Shared services experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced); Oracle system experience is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) from recognized institutions are an added advantage.
