**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a talented Sales Enrollment Specialist to manage booked inbound sales calls via Zoom or Google Meet, guiding prospects through our AI automation course offerings and securing enrollments for courses and community memberships. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and community teams to convert warm leads into committed learners through engaging online meetings and exceptional follow-up. If you excel at building trust in sales calls, delivering persuasive pitches, and closing deals with proactive follow-up, this role offers a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead booked inbound sales calls (20-30/week) via Zoom or Google Meet to qualify prospects, showcase our AI automation courses, and close enrollments for courses/community memberships.
- Manage the sales process: conduct discovery calls, overcome objections, and deliver customized proposals to achieve a 25-35% close rate.
- Log interactions in our CRM system, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and partner with marketing to enhance lead quality and campaign performance.
- Achieve or surpass monthly enrollment goals (e.g., 10-15 course sign-ups) while sharing detailed call insights to refine sales strategies.
- Stay informed about our course content, AI automation trends, and community benefits to craft compelling, value-driven sales presentations.
- Contribute to team efforts, such as onboarding new members or supporting community engagement initiatives.

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2+ years in inside sales or customer success, with a proven track record of closing deals via online calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce; sales automation experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills: confident, empathetic, and convincing on Zoom/Google Meet, with strong active listening to build rapport.
- Strong follow-up expertise, capable of managing sales pipelines and turning prospects into conversions through tailored outreach.
- Goal-oriented approach, comfortable meeting sales quotas in a dynamic, remote setup.
- Fluent in English; Malay proficiency is a bonus for local engagement.
- Proactive, collaborative spirit, equipped with reliable internet, a distraction-free workspace, and proficiency in Zoom/Google Meet for professional sales calls.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,703.89 - RM16,824.29 per month
