Busines Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.
- Present and promote company products to clients through product demonstrations, presentations, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents where required.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Work closely with the technical and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and product performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in tools, machinery, or hardware industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel across assigned territories.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
