Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to join our team as a Junior Marketing Executive. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies while taking the lead in delivering persuasive presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, effectively conveying key messages and promoting our products or services.
- Manage relationships with clients, internal graphic designers, and suppliers.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing to suggest innovative ideas for future campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong passion for marketing and a desire to build a career in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering persuasive presentations to various audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
