**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Receive delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancy on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts and withdrawals of items from the store.
- Responsible for packing and delivery to other branches or depots.
- Oversee the handling of delivery, the movement of the spare parts, and minor repairs.
- Perform monthly/yearly stock take.
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized (5S).
- Assist on any ad-hoc requests from Service Department during non-working hours.

**Requirements: -**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required skill(s): Basic computer literacy
- Fresh grads are welcome.
- Preferable 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Petaling Jaya**.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
