Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our Malaysia office operations and regional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, cross-border marketing environment.

Location: Malaysia (JB preferred)

Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM4,000 (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support

○ Manage daily office tasks, scheduling, and internal documentation

○ Maintain filing systems and inventory; liaise with vendors and service providers
- Project Coordination & Internal Support

○ Assist project managers in coordinating digital campaigns, social media schedules, and event logistics

○ Support internal communication between Malaysia, Singapore, and China teams
- Client & Document Handling

○ Help prepare contracts, quotations, and client proposals for services such as:
■ Digital & social media campaigns (WeChat, RedNote, TikTok, etc.)

■ Brand promotion and public relations

■ Market research and campaign reporting

■ Video production coordination
- HR & Finance Admin

○ Track leave records, assist with recruitment scheduling, and basic finance coordination (invoices, reimbursements)
- Occasional Travel Support

○ Assist with travel bookings and event logistics for regional projects, if required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Malay is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing, digital content, or media is a bonus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
