Job Description:

- Contacting / received calls from customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of product renewal services within the company.
- Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers.
- Negotiate with customers by clearly explaining how the company’s product services meet their specific needs, facilitating customer's decisions.
- Maintain detailed call logs and customer records for future reference and service improvement.
- Proactively gather information on potential new customers to expand the client database and support business growth.

Job Requirements
- 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
- **Fresh graduates** are welcomed to apply.
- Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
- Basic salary + allowances + commission.

- **Training will be provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
