**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, and sales reports.
- Manage sales processing tasks, organize and file important documents, and relay relevant information to sales managers and team members.
- Ensure accuracy in PO and PR review, verification, and approval processes.
- Filter and assess website inquiries to identify customer needs, forwarding leads to the sales team for effective follow-up.
- Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, and provide after-sales support when needed.
- Track and monitor the sales team’s productivity, schedule appointments, and report any gaps in performance to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless order processing.
- Assist the Sales Manager with scheduling, event coordination, and follow-ups on meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
