**Job description**

**Job: Accounts Executive**
- Industry: Food and Beverage_
- Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5, Jalan Penrissen_

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
1. Perform day to day accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.

2. To reconcile daily sales report from outlets.

3. To perform monthly payment and follow up debtor’s outstanding with sales department.

4. Responsible for monthly cash & bank reconciliation & monitoring cash flows.

5. Responsible for preparation of management accounts.

6. To liaise with auditor on accounts submission.

7. To liaise and communicate with other departments.

8. Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:
1. Min 3 years of relevant working experience preferred & able to handle full set account.

3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)

4. Required skills: Account Software (Auto Count), and Microsoft Office

5. Good Knowledge in Sales and service tax (SST).

6. Sound knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
