**Responsibilities**:
Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in Bakery/F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you higher management level.

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full Bakery/F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties. This program provides a comprehensive journey through bakery operations, leadership, and production management, equipping trainees with the skills needed to lead operational teams and ensure production efficiency and quality.

**Management Trainee Programme 12 months : Opportunities to be converted to permanent position after 1 year.**
- 6 months of training as a Baker - master hands-on baking skills, product knowledge, and safety standards.
- 3 months of training as a Trainer - gain experience in mentoring, quality control, and team coordination.
- 3 months of training as a Production Head Assistant - gain experience in production planning, team oversight, quality assurance, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Self-Motivator with high energy level
- Have passion working in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Adventurous and able to work under pressure
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (**6 days work per week with minimum 10 hours per day**)
- **Able to live in Singapore.**:

- A mature, intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to and influence people at all levels and possesses excellent and collaboration skills.
- **Immediate Hiring for Fresh Degree holders in any field**.

**Key Details to Note**:

- **Salary Package**: Gross monthly salary of **SGD 2,950**:

- **Sign-On Bonus**: Total of **SGD 3,000, paid in monthly increments of SGD 250.**:

- **Contract Duration**:1-year **contract.
- **Position**: Management Trainee.
- **Work Schedule**: 6 days per week.
- **Working Hours**: Minimum of 10 hours per day (excluding a 1-hour break); may extend to 12 hours depending on outlet needs.
- **Overtime**: No overtime pay entitlement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM9,823.00 - RM10,560.00 per month
