**About the role**

As a Site Supervisor at INTIGA SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our project sites in **Johor Bahru**. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required specifications
- Monitor and maintain site safety, implementing safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and the public
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes that arise
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that could impact the progress of the project
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the project
- Provide support and guidance to construction workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Experienced in stone/marble would be recommended but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance on site
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule and Auto-Cad
- **Fluent in English (speaking and writing)**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
