1. To accomplish and to work with entire team in order to achieve monthly targeted site work progress or any target which determined by superior/management.

2. Arrange worker’s work schedule and monitor their works.

3. Check the work’s quality and carry out inspection accordingly.

4. Schedule, control and monitor the daily usage of material/machinery at site.

5. Prepare and submit site inspection report and daily report by using SnagR Apps.

6. Update workers and sub-contractors worker’s attendance and site progress by taking photo and post in WhatsApp group chat.

7. Pre-plan materials for site used and strictly follow to Purchasing Department’s lead time to order materials.

8. Record the material delivery to site in the Material Record Book.

9. Attend site meeting as instructed by Project Manager.

10. Adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures at site.

11. Carry the site measurement for both material and work.

12. Perform other relevant duties as and when directed by Project Manager from time to time.

13. Co-operate with Safety, Health and Environment Personnel in implementing safety measures.

14. Co-ordinate construction activities with Safety, Health and Environment Personnel.

15. Conduct regular inspection in the workplace to ensure compliance of safety regulations.

16. Responsible for the implementation of necessary preventive, precautionary activities / measures / action plan, and accordance with the scope of work assigned to him by the Person In Charge.

17. Prevent accidents by being pro-active hazard identification and risk preventions process.

18. Immediately stop unsafe work practices by workers and implement safe work procedures.

19. Report near miss accident / serious accident to Safety, Health and Environment Personnel.

20. Ensure site and project activities are implemented according to Project Manager requirement.

21. Ensure workers compliance to the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA 1994), Factories & Machinery Act (FMA 1967), Environment Quality Act (EQA 1974) and other statutory obligations Local Authorities, Government Department and Agencies.

22. Ensure workers compliance to the site safe work procedures and adequately supervised.

23. Ensure workers wear basic personal protective equipment and relevant additional personal protective equipment when performing work in the work site.

24. Ensure all constructions activities is carried out in a safe manner and eliminated unsafe condition by putting-up barricades, signage and safety control measures.

25. Ensure workers tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and safe to use.

26. Ensure workers are aware of chemicals, toxic waste and to observe safety precautions.

27. Ensure work areas are clean of construction waste after work is completed/ dispose to bins.

28. Ensure workers are familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and escape routes.

29. Ensure workers compliance of other safety requirement as and when necessary.

30. Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
