**Responsibilities**:
The position is responsible for supporting and executing Employee Services programs to strengthen the Lam brand / reputation in Malaysia with employees and internal stakeholders. The incumbent will support and partner with Lam Manufacturing Malaysia executives, operations, human resources to execute strategies and tactics to reinforce Lam’s value proposition to employees and potential employees.
This role requires strong collaboration cross functionally with LMM Manufacturing Malaysia management.
**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Develop / execute the Lam Manufacturing Malaysia Employee Services strategy; with focus on cafeteria operations, breakroom amenities and employee shuttle program.
- Provide Employee Services consulting and support for all Lam Manufacturing Malaysia Employee Services requirements.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost savings opportunities for areas of responsibility.
- Monitor weekly / monthly spend related to current budgeted amounts.
- Meet with suppliers on a regular cadence to ensure service level agreements are followed and implement improvement plans when service levels fall below predictable levels.
- Report appropriate measurement programs to assess the effectiveness and impact of all Employee Services programs.
- Perform safety audits on a weekly / monthly quarterly basis to ensure prescribed safety protocols are in place for areas of responsibility under Employee Services scope.
- Execute Employee Services programs to strengthen company culture and promote the mission vision and values at the region and country level.
- Produce and provide quarterly operations updates to include both service and financial status related to quarterly targets.
- Manage, track and report the budgets for Cafeteria, Shuttle and Breakroom activities and lead the weekly meetings with ES management.
- Deliver completed projects on time and within budget.
- Track and report quarterly Employee Services achievements.
- Be the go-to person for Employee Services needs of the internal stakeholders.
- Lead Cross Function Team committee for Employee Services.
- Provide guidance to employees on Lam travel policy and LMM travel procedures.
- Manage service level of Lam appointed travel agency.
- Responsible for flight, hotel and ground transportation arrangement for business travelers.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience managing employee service functions including Cafeteria, Breakrooms and Shuttle in an in-house role and similar function at a large, public company, and manufacturing environment.
- Ideally, semiconductor equipment or broader technology industry experience is desirable
- Ability to organize own workload, maintaining high quality and output and achieving set deadlines and targets
- Capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines in an environment where daily priorities may shift
- Flexibility, with the ability to work smoothly under pressure, producing high quality results on short notice and occasionally responding to requests or issues outside of normal business hours
- Experience working in a matrix environment with reporting to manufacturing leads and Corporate function. Highly capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Comfortable working in an achievement culture
- University degree in Finance, Supplier Management or equivalent academic qualification and proven track records.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in event management and travel arrangements.
