**Your Mission**

As a **Production Intern**, you’ll dive into the heart of our manufacturing operations. Work alongside engineers and line supervisors to ensure our health products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards - from raw materials to finished goods.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist in daily production runs** for powders, capsules, or functional beverages (filling, mixing, packaging).
- **Monitor critical control points** (CCPs) and document process parameters (time, temperature, weight).
- Support **line changeovers, sanitation (SSOPs), and hygiene audits** to meet GMP/HACCP standards.
- Help track **production KPIs** (OEE, yield, downtime) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in **root-cause analysis** for deviations or non-conformities.
- Assist in **inventory management** (raw materials, packaging) and warehouse coordination.
- Contribute to **continuous improvement (Kaizen)** projects for waste reduction or efficiency gains.

**You’ll Learn To**
- Operate **food processing/packaging equipment** (e.g., blenders, encapsulators, bottling lines).
- Implement **world-class manufacturing systems** (GMP, HACCP, MeSTI, 5S).
- Troubleshoot **real-time production challenges** while maintaining quality.
- Analyze **production data** to optimize output and minimize waste.
- Collaborate across **Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain** teams.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in **Food Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical), Operations Management**, or related fields.
- **Hands-on mindset** - eager to work on factory floors and solve problems.
- Basic grasp of **production principles** (efficiency, safety, quality).
- Detail-oriented with **strong documentation skills**.
- Comfortable with **shift work** (if applicable) and fast-paced environments.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
