Production Operation Officer

Plan, manage, lead and motivate production staffs and workers to deliver daily target based on schedule given from planner.
- Work with production team to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of product.
- Achieve line efficiency and productivity by process analysis, monitoring performance and KPI of production, as well as to formulate and issue daily/weekly/monthly/annual production plans to achieve balanced of production.
- Enhance operating efficiency and productivity by effective maintenance of equipment, reducing wastage, keeping proper documentation and records of production operation.
- Lead and manage the maintenance of the factory's machinery and equipment to ensure that the Production site can be produced normally and the equipment is in good condition at all time.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Organize and implement, supervise and regulate various processes, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators, etc. in the production process.
- Provide on Job Training to workers to meet production goals.
- Instruct, supervise, and inspect the work of the subordinates, and master the work situation and related data.
- Investigate problems, analysis root cause and define resolutions.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personal on the use of all control points, equipment and resources.
- Monitor quality standards of products. Lead the establishment and improvement of the quality management system, organize the implementation and supervise, and check the operation of the production quality system.
- Keep abreast of the quality status in the Production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and solve problems in Production in a timely manner.
- Enforce health and safety precaution, as well as Good Hygiene Practice
- Involve in internal & External Audit, customer Visit and Product Traceability.
- Responsible for all relevant Halal, food safety and ISO 22000 certification matters for products and premises. Manage overall QMS, MHMS, FSMS including total systems implementation, compliances and improvement plans.
- As the company's representative of Internal Halal Committee (IHC), Food Safety Team Leader to deal with respective authorities and certification bodies.
- Responsible Production operations and processes. Manage recipes updates, data entry for all new materials, packaging, formulas, specification etc and data maintenance in System.
- Initiate and maintain quality and hygiene programs to ensure the staff and operators are trained and comply to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices.
- Inspect incoming raw material to ensure that all quality requirements complied to agreed specifications.
- Daily monitoring of the FG outputs to ensure the production programs are met in terms of quantity, quality and time.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the company.
