**Your Role**

As a Warehouse Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a regulated health product environment. You’ll support critical day-to-day operations while mastering compliance with Malaysia’s _Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention (PIC/S)_ and _Ministry of Health (MOH)_ standards. Expect real responsibility from Day 1

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **receiving, storage, and dispatch** of raw materials & finished goods using **FEFO/FIFO** (First Expired/First Out).
- Support **inventory control**: Cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and expiry date tracking.
- Maintain **hygiene & compliance**: Follow GMP, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and allergen control protocols.
- Use our **WMS/ERP system** (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for documentation and batch traceability.
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., Delivery Orders, BOLs) and coordinate with 3PL partners.
- Participate in **daily safety checks** and monthly sanitation audits.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Life Sciences**.
- Physically fit: Able to stand for 8 hours and lift **up to 25kg**.
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors in documentation.
- Basic **Microsoft Excel/Word** skills.
- Fluent in **Bahasa Malaysia**; English proficiency preferred.
- **No prior experience needed** — we value enthusiasm and a learning mindset

**Critical Compliance**
- **Strict hygiene adherence**: Uniforms, hairnets, gloves, and shoe covers provided (no jewelry/nails).
- Commitment to **cold chain protocols** (if applicable).
- Vigilance in **product segregation** (e.g., allergens, sensitive ingredients).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
