We are looking for a motivated and service-driven **Food & Beverage Assistant Manager** to support the overall operations of our F&B outlets at a leading 5-star hotel in Kuantan & Pekan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining.
- Support daily operations to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.
- Train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, promotions, and special events.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and proper use of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and team development initiatives.
- Manage billing procedures and ensure accuracy in POS systems.
- Report to and support the F&B Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B operations, preferably in a 3-star hotel or fine dining environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Decent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine & beverage pairing and guest engagement.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and hotel management software is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
