Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, etc.).
- Prepare and manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve profit targets.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff (servers, bartenders, chefs, etc.).
- Schedule shifts and manage labor in line with operational needs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain proper licensing and adhere to alcohol laws and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of F&B areas.
- Develop and implement promotional activities, seasonal menus, and special events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase F&B sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay competitive.
- Ensure efficient service and high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Type: Full-time
