Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve profit targets.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff (servers, bartenders, chefs, etc.).
  • Schedule shifts and manage labor in line with operational needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain proper licensing and adhere to alcohol laws and food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of F&B areas.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities, seasonal menus, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to increase F&B sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay competitive.
  • Ensure efficient service and high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Type: Full-time
