**Your new company**

You will be working for a tech company, an online marketplace, undergoing a global scale CRM Transformation project as they are growing and expanding rapidly.

**Your new role**

You will be working with the Head of CRM Product Tech to lead and manage the data migration project, migrating from inhouse CRM to another CRM software. You will be able to build and recruit your team for this project to assist you in the implementation and execution of data migration process. You are responsible with improving business operations by conducting data analysis and recommending changes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technical academic qualification equivalent to computer science and several years of professional experience in an IT environment.
- 6 - 10 years working experience in business, IT operations, IT consulting or IT projects.
- Proven experience in managing successful data migrations within CRM.
