The _Pall P2P Analyst_ is responsible _for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company pays its bills on time and maintains good relationships with vendors._

This position is part of the _Pall Accounts Payable (P2P) team_ and will be located in _Pall Malaysia Sdn Bhd _

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- _ Prepare AP Trade Balance Sheet Reconciliation on timeline manner_
- _ Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensure invoices are processed as per KPI and within_ _SLA_
- _ 3-way matching invoice process in SAP_
- _ Obtain appropriate approval for non-PO invoices based on company Delegation of Authority_

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- _ At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in P2P is a must_
- _ Experience in operating knowledge of ERP systems - SAP_
- _ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities_
- _ Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, self-starter, _quick learner and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change_
