**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years related working experience in Investor Relations and Public Relations role and/or research field for senior associate / assistant manager position
- Excellent spoken & written English with strong presentation skill
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Familiar with interpreting financial statements
- High proficiency in Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc..)
- Must possess valid driving licence, own transport and willing to travel
- Able to work independently
- Assist Seniors in projects & assignments

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective investor relations and public relations strategy and build strong relationship with investors to optimize the client’s value and increase its visibility in the investment marketplace.
- Build strong relationship and maintain primary point of contact with the market/research analysts, investment community and media houses.
- Preparation of communication materials such as corporate presentation, factsheet, anticipated questions and answers, press release.
- Create and manage a strong reputation of the client by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with vendors on corporate events for clients (i.e. IPO launch events and agreement signing events).
- Provide excellent service level to existing/new clients
