Product Development Executive

**a) Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align on product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitors, and pinpoint market trends.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks in the development process, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Foster relationships with suppliers, partners, and distributors to ensure smooth product delivery and distribution.
- Participate in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies, integrating relevant innovations into product strategies.
**b) Job Requirement:
- **
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, specifically in the automotive sector, from development to launch. Fresh graduates with exceptional skills and a strong passion for the industry are also encouraged to apply.
- Market Insight: A strong sense of market needs and trends is essential. The ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and identify new opportunities is crucial for success in this role.
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and follow up on projects effectively. Attention to detail and the capability to manage complex timelines are highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. You should be adept at articulating technical details to cross-functional teams during product development and effectively conveying product USPs to the commercial team.
- Adaptability and Crisis Management: Possess the ability to handle emergencies and unexpected challenges with composure. Your adaptability and quick decision-making in high-pressure situations will be key to maintaining product timelines.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Ability to read, write, and converse in Mandarin is preferred due to our global market presence.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
