**Business Development Officer/ Sales Officer**:
- Promote products or services to customers and negotiates contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue.
- Increase sales opportunities, improve market position and maximize organization growth.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommendingvsolutions.
- Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and
recommending new opportunities and service improvements.development roadmap
- Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
- Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards.
- Maintain and improve professional, selling skills and technical knowledge through organization
- Review on performance and aim at exceeding set targets
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Minimum One (1) year of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant sales role
- Thorough understanding of sales planning and negotiating techniques
- A confident and determined approach
- Self
- motivation, result - oriented and drive
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- Excellent communication, proficiency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
