Business Development Executive

**Responbilities**:
1. Drive sales goals and ensure the showroom meets or exceeds targets.
2. Identify and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
3. Oversee the presentation and organization of the showroom to uphold brand standards.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Ensure showroom policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
**Qualifications and Skills**
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Min 1- 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing, with proven experience in the kitchen cabinet or interior design retail industry is an advantage. 3.Strong business development and sales growth techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
4.Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
5.Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Passionate about retail trends and a forward-thinking approach to business challenges.
8.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
