Job Title: Plant Manager Assistant

Industry: OEM & ODM cosmetic manufacturing

Location: Ijok

**Responsibilities**:

- Under the lead of the factory director, fully responsible for the production and operation of the factory, with all management actions being accountable to the factory director.
- Organize production planning and execution, responsible for the formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of the equipment management system.
- Assist factory director with preparing the long-term development plan of the company, approve the annual production and sales plan, and prepare quarterly operation targets and key measures.
- Organize and implement annual, quarterly, monthly and three-day rolling production plan to meet customer orders, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize plant efficiency and output.
- Plan and oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring effective implementation and assessment.
- Organize the team to cooperate with the R&D center to approve the technical management standards, develop production processes, review the product development plan, conduct trial production to enhance product market competitiveness.
- Organize and implement the annual and monthly equipment purchase and technical transformation plan, and continuously improve the equipment operation role.
- Ensure production safety through education, strict adherence to regulations, and constant supervision to prevent accidents.
- Responsible for the organization of production site management, prioritizing environmental protection efforts, managing labour protection and developing environmental protection plans.
- Enhance management practices to standardize responsibilities and authority across all departments and personnel, while establishing a quality management system.
- Produce timely annual, quarterly and monthly production reports. Ensure accurate and standardized production statistical accounting
- Supervise the daily production activities of all departments in the factory, hold relevant meetings regularly, find problems, analyze the reasons, take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the production line.
- Analyze production statistics regularly, including economic activity analysis, to identify issues, propose improvements, and offer suggestions. Provide specialized or comprehensive analysis reports to company leaders for decision-making
- Responsible for the professional training of team members, and regularly check, assess and evaluate their business level and work ability.
- Implement the company's cost control objectives, actively reduce various costs in the plant, and ensure the continuous reduction of production costs under the premise of increasing output and ensuring quality.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least diploma or bachelor’s degree in production management, quality management, logistics management, IE engineering, etc
- At least 5 years of working experience in workshop management, production planning management or equipment management in manufacturing enterprises
- Acquired cosmetic, F&B, and other related production site management knowledge, production planning and material planning knowledge, safety management knowledge, process equipment management knowledge, procurement and supply management knowledge, and quality control knowledge
- Ability to lead the team to improve factory operation process
- Good at production planning and site management, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing
- Familiar with production cost control, overall operations, production process, process procedure, quality control and management
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001, GMPC and other related knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- site/ workshop management: 5 years (preferred)
- production planning management: 5 years (preferred)
- equipment management: 5 years (preferred)
- ISO 9001: 3 years (preferred)
- ISO 14001: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
