**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Assist in submitting **daily sales reports** and sales slips to the relevant teams.
- Support in preparing and submitting:

- **Weekly stock balance reports** (every Monday by 5:30 PM)
- **Monthly stock take reports** (by 30th/31st)
- Assist in compiling **attendance reports** and payroll documents:

- Timesheets, Punch cards, and Master rosters
- Help prepare **staff schedules** and **monthly leave records**

**Store & Staff Management**
- Monitor staff punch-in/out and ensure accurate attendance.
- Help enforce staff compliance with SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Support the Operations Manager in supervising day-to-day staff tasks.
- Report issues like missing/damaged tools or equipment.
- Assist in organizing the store layout and ensuring meat processing areas follow **FIFO** and cleanliness standards.

**Inventory & Quality Control**
- Check that all incoming stock matches **Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders**:

- Ensure proper storage of meat in freezers or cold rooms.
- Record temperature logs and alert management if readings fall outside the safe range.
- Ensure meat products meet quality standards before being sold or delivered.

**Customer Service & Marketing**
- Assist in handling **customer complaints** and online/offline orders.
- Support **offline and online marketing**, including price comparisons and reporting.
- Help prepare memos for **purchases, payments, and petty cash** requests.

**Warehouse & Logistics**
- Assist in managing goods received from suppliers and outgoing deliveries.
- Help oversee both in-house and outsourced warehouse operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in **food or meat retail industry** is **an advantage**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of store operations and stock management
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
