**Car Registration Runner**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **JPJ-Related Tasks**:

- Collecting and submitting necessary documents, such as vehicle inspection reports, insurance policies, and purchase agreements.
- Picking up and delivering vehicle registration documents from JPJ offices.
- **Puspakom-Related Tasks**:

- Scheduling vehicle inspections at Puspakom centers.
- Accompanying vehicles to Puspakom for inspections.
- Collecting vehicle inspection reports from Puspakom.
- **Bank-Related Tasks**:

- Collecting and submitting loan documents to banks.
- Following up on loan disbursement and release of vehicle ownership documents.
- Picking up and delivering loan documents from banks.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle registration processes.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Department, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Liaising with various departments, including sales, finance, and after-sales, to ensure smooth coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

**Additional Considerations**:

- The role may involve occasional travel to different locations, including JPJ offices, Puspakom centers, and banks.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- A positive and proactive attitude is highly valued.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
