Lead day to day facility maintenance in achieving plant reliability. Set up comprehensive maintenance program to ensure execution and use as a tool to monitor and maintain the maintenance program.

Carry out all safety precautions and preventive maintenance of all electrical installations for LV distributions and 11kV system.

Responsible for the smooth day to day running of all facility and supporting system like electricity, HVAC, compressed air, gases.

Responsible for all facility maintenance planning and execution.

Ensure the requirements of quality and operations are met and to implement a total preventive maintenance system.

To ensure all electricity supply connected to machinery and utilities are in safe condition to use.

Develop cost reduction programs especially in electricity usage for the plant maintenance.

To prepare and review or update standard operating procedure relating to facility engineering.

Reinforce current good manufacturing practice requirement and follow strictly the quality management system in ensuring building and supporting facility are in a state of compliance to cGMP requirements.

To ensure the requirements of quality and operations (e.g. ISO 13485 and GMP). Occupation Safety and Health and Environment System Control are met. Responsible for any repair work of building and facilities in the whole factory premises.

Responsible for premise cleanliness.

To assist in enforcing the security rules and policies.

To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, firefighting, safety and health.

Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by superior or management as and when required
