**About the Role**:
Are you skilled in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems? Join our dynamic team at Mahsa Technologies as an MVAC/HVAC Technician In this hands-on role, you will supervise and perform maintenance duties for buildings and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, repair, and install HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Operate tools, machinery, and vehicles required for HVAC maintenance.
- Perform skilled electrical work, including wiring and motor repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, fans, and related equipment.
- Manage records, logs, and reports related to maintenance tasks.
- Prioritize and coordinate workloads across teams and contractors.
- Respond to emergency facility issues outside working hours.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical technical fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- **Licenses**: Class D Driving License and B2 (GDL is an advantage).
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of manual and electrical tools, welding, and safety regulations.
- **Language Proficiency**: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- **Other Requirements**:

- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
- Able to work extra hours and public holidays.
