**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and oversee ecommerce activities, including but not limited to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, customer service and arrange order fulfilment on ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Amazon and etc.
- To provide customer support on the product inquiry from various channel in a timely manner, including monitor customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all online inquiries.
- Plan the sales campaign strategies and identify targeting opportunities, digital ads advertisements, that are tailored specifically for marketplaces.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid marketing ads, social media advertising, paid products / shop advertising, including ensure high-quality product images are uploaded, appropriately sized, and optimized for web & mobile viewing.
- Assist in monitor product inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the website.
- Conducting market research and analysis: You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- You will be responsible for analysing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions that improve ecommerce / marketplace performances.
- Any other assigned duties by superior from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Junior or fresh-grad in E-commerce industry preferred.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
- Ability to work independently with think creatively, responsibility and trustworthy.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
