As the Executive, Quality Assurance you will be to drive multiple cross-functional projects, including improving processes, aligning on goals, execution and new initiatives needed to drive the company forwards, to meet Teleport Quality Management System.
- monitor resources for quality assurance projects within the scope of Teleport, including Teleport partner airlines and third party suppliers;
- develop and implement quality assurance activities to meet Teleport Quality Policy requirements;
- ensuring that all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are comprehensively addressed, with a 100% closure rate, including the implementation of effective root cause analyses, corrective action plans, and, if necessary, preventive action plans;
- contribute in cargo investigation highlighted during airline regulatory meetings (Safety Review Meeting and Safety Action Group meeting) and ensure all cases are 100% closed with effective root cause and corrective action plan before the next scheduled meeting;
- provide support and guidance to operation teams as well as maintain and update quality assurance related documents for reference purposes.
