**Junior Business Analyst**

The Junior Business Analyst will support the Senior Business Analyst in the Demand Phase of the Group Performance Management system implementation. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a significant project and gain valuable experience in business analysis within the banking sector. The Junior Business Analyst will assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and workshop facilitation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Senior Business Analyst in conducting design thinking workshops.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
- Assist in the analysis and validation of gathered requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate with the PMO to ensure smooth execution of workshops and other activities.
- Conduct research and analysis as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Finance teams (Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Analyst: 2 years (required)
- financial services industry.: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).: 2 years (required)
