Position: HR Assistant Manager
Industry: Poultry industry
Location: Manila, Philippines
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate organization development program including training & development, succession planning and talent management.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing the guidelines provided by the Philippines authorities.
- Reinforced and instilled the positive values and corporate culture within each employee in the organization.
- Deliver accurate and timely HR report and analysis to be presented to the Management monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Understand the market trend for salary and compensation plans in line with economic outlook and develop the best pay plan and benefits programs.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives which aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Monitor employee’s confirmation appraisal process.
- Monitor payroll process and ensure payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Design, review and implement policies and SOPs and act as a consultant to the staff regarding policies and procedures.
**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration/ Business Studies.
- Proven 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with HR best practices.
- Possesses good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently.
- Positive working attitude.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR management: 3 years (preferred)
- full spectrum of HR: 3 years (preferred)
