We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager Trainee to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will undergo structured training across orchard operations, retail store management, and food & beverage handling, with a clear pathway towards management-level responsibilities.No prior durian knowledge? Don’t worry — training will be provided. What matters most are your leadership potential, customer service mindset, and willingness to learn.

- Assist the Store Manager in the overall management of durian retail and F&B operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day activities.
- Learn and support durian field operations (harvesting, sorting & grading, supplier negotiation, and logistics coordination).
- Oversee retail store operations: display management, quality control, customer assistance, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and a high-quality customer experience.
- Schedule, guide, and supervise team members; provide coaching and mentoring where required.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and preservation methods to ensure product freshness.
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and efficient resource allocation.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies, including retail campaigns and livestream activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of new initiatives.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (hospitality, food & beverage, or business-related is a plus).
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or supervisory roles is an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management potential, with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and approachable personality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with both customers and suppliers.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (field, retail, and events).
- Passionate about learning and growing in the durian F&B industry.

**Benefits**:
**Monthly Commission**:based on performance/target

**Accommodation Allowance**: RM300 (if renting outside)

**Medical Claim**: Up to RM500 (effective after probation period)

**Overtime Pay**: According to scheduled timetable & approved hours

**Probation Period**:3 to 6 months (management level)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
