**Job Summary**

The Kitchen Crew cum Waiter is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service while also performing front-line duties as a waiter. This dual role ensures smooth operations, high-quality food standards, and excellent customer service at all times.

**Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Duties**
- Assist in basic food preparation, cooking, and plating according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed by the cook or supervisor.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction immediately.
- Ensure stock rotation (FIFO) and assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment when required.

**Waiter Duties**
- Greet customers politely and present menus when assigned to front-of-house duties.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring good presentation and service.
- Attend to customers’ needs and handle complaints or feedback professionally.
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing the dining area for service.

**Job Requirements**
- **PREFERRED MALAYSIAN [Male/Female] -LOCAL**:

- **Minimum SPM** or equivalent; **previous F&B or catering experience is an advantage.**:

- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to both kitchen and service duties.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- _**Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
