We are searching for a qualified Electro-Mechanical Inspector in Churubusco, Malaysia. This is a full-time opportunity in which you will be supporting our client at one or more supplier sites in and around **Shah Alam**,** Malaysia**, **4-5 days per week (Approximately 30-40 hrs/week)**. This critical role requires an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality assurance practices. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections (both in-process and final) of electro-mechanical parts, per project specifications and requirements
- Perform visual welding inspection
- Perform incoming inspections from external providers of products and services
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of critical features, including witness inspections
- Compile final inspection sign-off sheets and inspection packages
- Verify that inspection equipment is capable of detecting defects and ensure inspection methodology is in line with drawing intent
- Review and validate the justification for parts not inspected at final inspection
- Audit and validate the execution of inspection plans as applicable
- Document non-conformances using approved methods and submit non-conformance reports for customer disposition

**Required Qualifications**:
