**Purpose of the position**:

- Create Production Orders and close Production Orders on time.
- Plan and prioritize operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay.
- Monitor so that Production Orders are carried out on time and completed within the budget.
- Keep paperwork organized.
- Attend team meetings to discuss production status and on-going problems.
- Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- To prepare drawings for the production department such as Fabrication & Assembly.
- To coordinate weekly production reports among production section supervisors. Update the weekly production report and report to Superintendents and Production Manager.
- Liaise with the engineering department in relation to drawings to ensure that all project drawings are ready prior to production schedule.
- Have strong inventory management skills to ensure production teams have the necessary materials on time.
- Able to interpret data, evaluate the process and determine what action to be taken.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Education
- Minimum Degree

Experience
- 3 years of working experience as a Production Executive.
- Experience in steels fabrication industries is an added advantage.
