In this role you will:

- Lead end-to-end execution of solar deployment projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage project logistics including scheduling, transport, materials, and on-ground coordination.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, installation quality, and team performance.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential risks in execution.
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with Orang Asli communities as the primary liaison.
- Engage with stakeholders including donors, government agencies, vendors, and community leaders.
- Train and guide local teams and community members involved in installations.
- Document project activities and provide regular updates and insights to directors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise resource use across programmes.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management, renewable energy, rural development, infrastructure projects, or related fields.
- Experience working in remote areas or with indigenous communities is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
