1. Support effective management, implementation and monitoring of Yayasan Sejahtera programme. Organise and participate in the formulation of projects/programmes required for the implementation. This involves providing support to Project Officers in the development of project proposals and TORs, finalizing project/programme documents, including descriptions, work plans and budgets. It also includes undertaking assessment mission, if required. 2. Ensure efficient financial and administration and operational support. Monitor expenditures under programme/projects for which she/he is responsible, and maintain regular financial controls of the programme/projects under her/his supervision. Assist the Head of Programme in managing financial aspects of Yayasan Sejahtera programme. Prepare and submit financial request to the finance unit with complete package of supporting documents. 3. Support effective and timely sharing of good practices and lesson learnt. Assist in promoting the work and image of Yayasan Sejahtera by preparing write-ups for public information purposes, preparation of presentation for internal and external meetings, ensuring consistency of messaging and quality of materials, representing Yayasan Sejahtera at various meetings and workshops and drafting press releases on project-related issues, etc. 4. Ensure creating of strategic partnership and support effective coordination with donors and partners. Facilitate consultation with stakeholders for strategic selection of programme activities and partners based on the results framework of the programmes and projects. Development of partnerships with local institutions, government institutions, private sector, civil society, etc. for programme/project implementation.
