**Essential Functions**

The Assistant Manager - Operations is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of operational activities to support the Foundation’s mission of aiding underprivileged children through food, shelter, education, health, and scholarship initiatives. This includes formulating strategic plans, designing policies, and implementing processes that align with organizational goals. The role demands the ability to establish measurable objectives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

A key responsibility involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the lives of underprivileged children. This includes coordinating logistics, managing resources, and fostering collaboration with partner organizations, grantees, and beneficiaries to achieve successful outcomes. The Assistant Manager also supports fundraising activities, community engagement, and resource mobilization efforts to sustain the Foundation’s initiatives.

As a leader, the Assistant Manager is tasked with mentoring and motivating team members to foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Regular team evaluations, feedback sessions, and capacity-building initiatives are essential to enhancing productivity and engagement. The role also involves clear communication of the Foundation’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives to ensure alignment and commitment across teams.

In addition to operational duties, the Assistant Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. This includes monitoring performance, reporting on key outcomes, and suggesting improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. The role also requires active participation in strategic discussions, refining long-term goals, and supporting the Foundation’s overall growth and success. Ad hoc tasks, such as assisting in administrative duties, fundraising events, and special projects, are also part of the responsibilities.

Through these functions, the Assistant Manager - Operations plays a critical role in driving the Foundation’s mission to deliver impactful and sustainable support to underprivileged communities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
