Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the office staff.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assisting with documentation and correspondence.
- Preparing documents and reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by Management
2. Human Resources duty:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Relations and Staff Management
- Payroll Administration and Compensation (SQL System)
- Benefits and Welfare Management
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- HR Data Management and Reporting (systems)
- Compliance with Labour Laws and Statutory Requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, EA, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and office management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
