In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Finance team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Finance Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate-Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the General Accounting & local Accounts Payable activities for the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia), providing related consultation for the organization, customers, vendors, and CP employees.

**What you will do**
- General Accounting
- Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements
- Tracking and communication of segmental Profitability
- Fixed Overhead Analysis and Accruals Management for South ASEAN Hub o Management Reporting and Analysis
- Coordination of Government Statistics
- Accounts Payable
- Coordinate payments with the Shared Service
- Advise stakeholders on matters related to the Procure-to-Pay(P2P) process
- Ensure controls & compliance in the P2P process (PO Management)
- Preparation of GL reconciliation
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**:

- Holds a degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA)
- At least 4 years of work experience in Auditing, Financial Analysis or related field
- P&L and Balance Sheet accounting experience is preferable
- Capable of delivering high quality and accurate work while respecting short lead times due to strong planning & priority setting
- Proven strategic and analytical thinking capability
- Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group
