Collection Analyst

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Review daily lockbox, wire transfers, electronic payment activity from

customers.
- Review credit memos and ensure they are applied accurately to customer

accounts
- Follows up escalation to local finance teams and management on overdue

invoices.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers
- Reconciles AR accounts and completes other assigned month-end closing

activities within defined deadlines
- Prepares weekly collection reports and weekly forecast.
- Assists with coordination of external auditors and internal audit team
- Assists with development, maintenance and documentation of policies and

procedures related to collections.
- Manages Service Level Agreements for areas of responsibility.
- Drives process improvements including working with business partners and

other departments to develop and test reporting mechanisms that will help

run the weekly collections targets.
- Assists with acquisition integration for all newly acquired companies
- Supports management in completing special projects and other tasks as

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree, degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- 4 years of collection experience in a corporate environment, preferably in

small to mid-size companies
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce strongly preferred
