**Key Responsibilities**:Technical Oversight**
- Supervise and coordinate repair jobs for laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Ensure all services follow SOPs, quality standards, and are completed on time.
- Assist technicians in complex repair jobs when necessary.

**Team Management**
- Monitor technician performance and daily tasks.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to service staff.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

**Customer Service**
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
- Communicate service progress and timelines to customers clearly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

**Operational Tasks**
- Keep daily service records updated and accurate.
- Assist in stock management for tools and spare parts.
- Monitor turnaround time for each job and suggest improvements.

**Quality & Safety**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Ensure all repair work meets the company’s quality standards before being delivered to customers.
- Enforce safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team.
- Identify and address any safety risks or quality issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a repair/service center or relevant field.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and basic electronics.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or inventory systems is a plus.
- Diploma/Certificate in IT, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
