**About the role**

We are looking for a talented Planner to join our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team at Sunningdale Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bandar Tenggara Johor. As our Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring efficient resource allocation. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our company.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demands and business objectives
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material and resource requirements
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to respond to changes and unexpected events
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and supply chain issues
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management principles
- Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address production issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
