Requirements
- Minimum education : STPM (accounting base)/ Diploma in LCCI or equivalent/ Bachelor of Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting
- Autocount System, MS Office
- Able to converse and write in Bahasa Melayu and English

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable invoices, staff claims, credit cards, journal posting and month end activities.
- Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to key stakeholders, internal and external.
- Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit queries on a timely manner as and when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Maintain accounts payable ledger and vendor data information in the system accurately.
- Ensuring all issues pertaining to vendor invoices are resolved and all invoices are processed on a timely basis by each month-end.
- Preparing accruals at month-end.
- Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis.
- Handle accounts payable transactions and accounting queries from other departments.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting statement, analysis and report.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Perform back up functions and other duties as and when required.
