Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform bank reconciliations and creditors statement.
2. Process and disbursement of staff claims.
3. Assist in monthly closing of accounts. Ensure all major expenses are timely recorded into system.
4. Checking AP invoices and ensure timely posting to system
5. Prepare payment voucher and ensure payment release to vendors according to the cashflow
planning.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and filing of the records.
7. Assist in annual audit & tax submission.
8. Assist in monthly stock take.
9. To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the superior.
Qualifications & Requirements
2. Good analytical skills, accurate in details and good at multitasking.
3. Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
4. Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
5. Preferable with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
