*Preparing a detailed project plan & schedule with the project milestones, workflow & activities. *Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and external (supplier, sub-contractors ) *Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project progression to the clients, superior and internal team. *Identifying and solving potential risks and issues when arise. *Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction and meet the quality standards. *Manage, control and monitor the budget and estimation cost vs the actual project cost. *Ensure the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities/ mall management. *Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project. *Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, tools and equipment. *Monitor the site progress, resolve any site issues that arise to ensure project handover on time
